After a brief but rambunctious flirtation with a few cases of hop waters, I find myself asking is this a fad or are Hop Waters the real deal?

On paper they sound amazing, all the amazing benefits of hops without any of the negative connotations, and they taste pretty great as well! But I found myself after a little while not hugely incentivised to keep coming back, with the price point also a stumbling block (not being any cheaper than a good IPA).

I'm told they're something of a fad in the states, are they the next seltzer or just a passing fancy?

It's a really good question.

Conceptually I get it - hop waters promise all the flavour of beer, but without the alcohol. Although with no alc beer technology smashing along at a rapid pace, I wonder if it must be a passing fad.

Who's going to win? Hop water or non-alc/ low alc. beer?

The HOPR's are pretty clever though, and I've had a Sierra Nevada hop water that had flavour. I'd still rather drink an IPA today, and water tomorrow though....

Personally as a non-drinker I LOVE a hop water. So refreshing and light and with a lot less calories and sugar than a NA beer. I will be celebrating and smashing these all summer long! And I do love HOPR's added adaptagenics!
